SUMMARY:Primary Election Early Voting
DESCRIPTION:Allegheny County will host ballot return sites for the upcoming Primary Election. Ballot return sites are staffed locations where registered voters who received a mail-in or absentee ballot can return ballots in person\, directly to a county employee. \nAllegheny County will also offer satellite locations.  At satellite locations\, registered voters can request a mail-in ballot\, complete\, and return it\, all in one place (commonly referred to “over-the-counter” voting). Once the deadline to apply for a mail-in or absentee ballot has passed\, voters may only return ballots\, they can no longer request one on-site. \nThe County Office Building will be open Monday through Friday from 8:30 am to 4:30 pm for over-the-counter voting and ballot return services beginning Monday\, April 28\, 2025. \nVoters may only return their own ballot unless they have completed authorization forms to return a ballot on behalf of someone who physically is unable to do so.
